Adam Eichstedt is an athletic communications specialist and a versatile radio/TV personality based in Madison, Wisconsin.
Adam is a valued member of the Madison College Athletic Department, where he was recently promoted to Athletic Communications Director in July 2022 after six years as an Athletic Communications Assistant. He main duties are providing various website content like game recaps, press releases, feature stories, video interviews and montages, as well as social media content and gameday services. He also serves as the public address announcer for home events and an assistant golf coach. Adam continues to work with Edgewood College as a play-by-play voice and former PA announcer. The University of Wisconsin Athletic Department utilized Adam as the In-Arena Gameday Host for Badgers men's and women's hockey, and men's and women's basketball as part of its marketing team.
Adam continues to produce video stream play-by-play of volleyball and basketball for Edgewood College after a decade-long run in sports radio. He was a play-by-play voice for Learfield Sports and iHeartMedia Madison, where he provided radio coverage for University of Wisconsin women's basketball and volleyball, as well as The Big 1070's High School Game of the Week for football and basketball. In addition, he has filled in as co-host/producer for local drive-time sports talk shows. In 2015-16, Adam took over as host of the Wisconsin Badgers men's basketball postgame show and was a contributing member to the Badgers football postgame show.
